I always liked Ayres until their customer service started lacking last year. It would take them so long just to get back to me saying the items I wanted were out of stock. Constant delayed back and forth still not ending up with the boxes I wanted. They offered a credit when I wanted a refund. Eventually got it after persisting. Now trying to have my printing block released to another company is like trying to leave a cult. I was going to go back to them in March when my boxes were back in stock - but now I am so put off by how hard they make everything I will not be going back!!! Disappointed. Trying ImajPak's boxes next if Ayres ever releases my printing block...
